Treasury Management Support Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for supporting and servicing commercial relationships
- Provide customer technical support and complete new account related documents
- Review and prepare paperwork required for account analysis, account reconciliation, ACH direct deposit and debit services, on-line wire transfer, and more
- Troubleshoots technical calls and performs research for clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Develops a thorough knowledge of all treasury management products and services through completion of extensive training
- Ensures client satisfaction by responding promptly and positively to customer inquiries and requests
- Assists with testing, implementation, and customer rollout for all treasury management products including upgrades and new features
Benefits

- Preferred Associate Degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- 2 years of relevant experience required
- Independence Bank Customer Service Representative Certification within 6 months
- Accredited Automated Clearing House Professional (AAP) Preferred
