Strategic Account Director

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own executive relationships (VP+) at enterprise accounts to significantly grow revenue
- Build and own long-term strategic account plans
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Insights & Analytics team
- Own the end-to-end renewal strategy
- Conduct client discovery for advanced solutions and new products
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record of executing high-velocity, consultative new business sales
- Building multi-threaded relationships with VP and C-suite executives
- Delivering white-glove service
- Comfortable selling complex, multi-SKU data products
- Working with Product/Engineering teams
- Comfort with the language of programming, audience measurement, and subscriber growth
- Thriving in shared-ownership environments
- Collaborating with internal account leads and Customer Success
- Anticipating risk and managing escalations
- Negotiating effectively with a sharp understanding of business finance, budgets, contract terms, and ROI
