About the role

  • Develop a strategic vision for our clients by combining forward-looking thinking, organizational analysis, and operational recommendations.
  • Conduct advanced data analyses, develop scenarios, and translate them into concrete courses of action.
  • Design and lead high-impact consulting projects, from strategy definition through implementation.
  • Work closely with managers and directors to mentor project teams, ensure the quality of deliverables, and support the development of junior consultants.
  • Act as a trusted partner to our clients: understand their challenges, challenge their models, and guide them toward innovative and sustainable solutions.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in a management/strategy consulting firm or in a strategic role within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors.
  • Strong ability to think strategically while remaining comfortable with operational work and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), strong synthesis skills, and the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Client-oriented and results-driven, combined with a collaborative mindset and enjoyment of working in a high-performance team environment.
