About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and own the creative and product vision for casual and hybrid casual mobile games.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including Game Design, Art, Engineering, Product Analytics, and UA.
- Drive the full game lifecycle from concept validation and prototyping to global launch and live operations.
- Analyze market trends, player behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify winning opportunities.
- Establish and optimize core gameplay loops, progression systems, monetization, retention, and engagement mechanics.
- Make strategic decisions using data analytics, A/B testing, and player feedback.
- Mentor and develop game designers, producers, and product teams.
- Collaborate closely with UA and monetization teams to maximize LTV, retention, and profitability.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in the gaming industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role such as Game Director, Product Director, Lead Game Designer, or Executive Producer.
- Proven track record of launching successful mobile casual or hybrid casual games.
- Deep understanding of game economy, progression systems, monetization models, retention, and player psychology.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using product metrics and experimentation frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
- Passion for building highly engaging mobile experiences.
- Bonus Points: Experience managing games with millions of downloads.
- Background in user acquisition, growth, or live operations.
- Experience integrating AI tools into game development workflows.
- Experience working with global publishing partners.
