About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end user acquisition strategy for casual and hybrid casual mobile games.
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity Ads, AppLovin, and other performance channels.
- Develop scalable growth strategies to maximize ROAS, LTV, retention, and profitability.
- Analyze campaign performance, player cohorts, attribution data, and funnel metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
- Partner closely with Product, Game Design, Creative, and Analytics teams to improve game performance and monetization.
- Lead creative testing initiatives, including ad concepts, playable ads, video creatives, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging UA channels.
- Build forecasting models, budget allocation frameworks, and performance reporting systems.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing UA and Growth team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in User Acquisition, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing within mobile gaming.
- Proven experience scaling mobile game user acquisition budgets successfully.
- Deep expertise in mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
- Strong understanding of KPIs including CPI, CAC, ROAS, LTV, ARPU, retention, and payback periods.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Unity Ads, AppLovin, and DSP platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with BI tools and data visualization platforms.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams to produce high-performing ad creatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership.
