About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and business performance of mobile casual and hybrid casual games.
  • Define product vision, prioritize features, and manage the game lifecycle from concept through live operations.
  • Analyze player behavior, game performance metrics, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Game Design, Engineering, Art, Analytics, and User Acquisition teams.
  • Develop and optimize game economies, progression systems, retention mechanics, and monetization strategies.
  • Define KPIs and conduct A/B testing to improve player engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Monitor and optimize metrics such as D1/D7/D30 retention, ARPDAU, LTV, ROAS, and conversion funnels.
  • Coordinate live operations, content updates, and seasonal events.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare business cases, forecasts, and performance reports for leadership teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management within the gaming industry.
  • Experience managing mobile casual or hybrid casual game products.
  • Strong understanding of game analytics, player psychology, monetization, and live operations.
  • Experience working with analytics tools such as Firebase, GameAnalytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for mobile games and player experience.
  • Nice to Have: Experience with user acquisition and growth marketing.
  • Experience launching games globally.
  • Knowledge of SQL, BI tools, and data visualization platforms.
  • Experience with AI-powered analytics or game development tools.
  • Experience working in startup environments.
