Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably within the technology or finance sectors.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws in France.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools to streamline the hiring process.
