Key responsibilities & impact

Assist customers with product integration and onboarding queries.
Support production-related issues and service requests.
Investigate and manage production alerts and incidents.
Coordinate with internal teams to drive issues through to resolution.
Manage production and UAT environments and user accounts.

Requirements

Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Experience working with Linux/Unix systems and command-line tools.
Understanding of FIX Protocol and electronic trading environments.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ownership mindset with the ability to manage issues through to completion.
Passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
Knowledge of Fixed Income or Capital Markets.
Linux/Unix scripting experience.
Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
Experience using GitHub.
Ability to read and understand Java code.
