About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist customers with product integration and onboarding queries.
- Support production-related issues and service requests.
- Investigate and manage production alerts and incidents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to drive issues through to resolution.
- Manage production and UAT environments and user accounts.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and communication.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.

- Understanding of FIX Protocol and electronic trading environments.

- Passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
- Knowledge of Fixed Income or Capital Markets.
- Linux/Unix scripting experience.
- Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
- Experience using GitHub.
- Ability to read and understand Java code.
