About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from pipeline generation through close
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of strategic opportunities in the U.S. market
  • Engage senior stakeholders (VPs, C-level executives) to understand business and transformation goals
  • Position enterprise distributed ledger and tokenization solutions for mission-critical use cases
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and solutions teams to shape and close deals
  • Drive complex multi-stakeholder sales processes in regulated financial services environments
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting
  • Develop strategic relationships across banks, fintechs, payment providers, and capital markets firms

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
  • Proven track record managing and closing complex multi-quarter enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong experience selling infrastructure platforms, SaaS, blockchain, fintech, or distributed systems solutions
  • Experience selling into regulated financial services sectors including banking, fintech, payments, or capital markets
  • Ability to engage technical buyers and executive stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or MEDDPICC
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
