Requirements

What you’ll need

Direct iGaming, sportsbook, casino, or prediction-market experience on the operator side.
Proven track record designing and running referral programs in crypto, gambling, or both.
Strong lifecycle and CRM skills.
Comfort with raw event data.
Strong written voice in the right register.
High output, fast feedback loops.
Comfort working in a small, async-first, docs-heavy startup with very little hand-holding.
