About the role
- As a (Junior) Key Account Manager, you will independently manage and develop our key accounts in the craft/technical sector
- You will also invest in developing new business relationships with potential customers
- You will be the primary point of contact for customers on all technical and commercial matters, both digitally and regularly on-site
- Key responsibilities include preparing and conducting customer meetings, preparing proposals and performing calculations
- You are motivated by ambitious targets and driven by thorough planning and execution
Requirements
- You are passionate about working with customers and ideally already have experience in this area
- You welcome possible travel abroad and may already have some international experience
- You handle negotiations confidently in German or English
- With your empathetic and positive manner you can inspire both colleagues and customers
- You work independently and results-oriented and do not lose sight of goals even in dynamic situations
