Key responsibilities & impact

Produce market intelligence and synthesize research for annual planning, QBRs, and renewals
Monitor and synthesize industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging best practices
Connect market signals, client needs, and program designs into clear recommendations
Apply a test-and-learn mindset using data and industry insights to refine outcomes
Update frameworks, POVs, benchmarks, and playbooks for strategic recommendations
Support strategic engagements, including program redesigns and workshop materials
Produce standardized solutions such as playbook builds instead of one-off efforts
Equip Client Growth teams with market-grounded recommendations for executive client conversations
Assist the Sr. Director of Market Insights, Business Development, and Client Growth teams with growth opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of experience in marketing strategy, channel programs, or go-to-market initiatives
Experience within a marketing technology or agency environment
Understanding of programs, marketing plans, and communication strategies across complex, multi-tier distribution ecosystems
Ability to interpret performance data and market trends into actionable strategic recommendations
Experience updating structured marketing and operational playbooks
Ability to translate complex ideas into accessible, engaging stakeholder messages
Ability to balance multiple assignments and priorities with exceptional attention to detail
