About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead creative brainstorming and planning for custom media client partnerships.
- Stay ahead of trends, tools, opportunities, and applications in paid media environments.
- Evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, partners, and platforms.
- Build and refine internal processes for seamless collaboration across teams.
- Drive internal initiatives and contribute to thought leadership.
- Oversee media planning across display, video, audio, mobile, and social channels.
- Distill and present campaign performance insights in collaboration with client partners.
- Lead strategic conversations with media partners and maintain key publisher relationships.
- Apply knowledge of key business issues to enhance client strategies.
- Inspire and lead teams through clear communication and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related field.
- 10+ years of agency or brand experience.
- At least 8 years in developing and delivering omni-channel marketing strategies.
- At least 3 years in buying, campaign management, and optimization strategy.
- Proficient in media planning tools (e.g., Resonate, Nielsen, Comscore).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Experience with Amazon, Affiliate, Retail Media, and marketing automation technologies.
