- Conduct requirements analysis with exceptional attention to detail.
- Facilitate discussions with VA business owners and technical teams.
- Prepare process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support User acceptance testing (UAT) planning, execution, and defect triage.
- Provide proactive recommendations to improve system usability and business processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years in healthcare or federal analysis
- Ability to work without sponsorship in the US indefinitely
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders
