Business Development Rep

• Achieve a minimum of $1.5M in new revenue through direct and channel sales.
• Identify and close new business opportunities in priority sectors (e.g., aerospace & defense, oil & gas, manufacturing, technology, SMB).
• Position and sell the full ANSI portfolio including North Star, ANSI Compliance Solutions, ISO/IEC content licensing, and ANSI Global Academy training.
• Conduct tailored solution demos, ROI discussions, and proposal presentations.
• Develop account plans and expand existing relationships through cross-selling and up-selling.
• Manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with channel partners and industry consortia.
• Support tender and large deal pursuits.
• Monitor emerging technology fields and align ANSI offerings to priority growth sectors.
• Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams.
