About the role
- Build customer loyalty, understand and retain customers' needs to propose improvements
- Analyze and propose improvements to departmental processes, ensuring efficiency and strategic alignment
- Conduct satisfaction surveys (NPS, CSAT) and maintain contact with customers to identify needs
- Monitor market trends and tools, keeping internal systems and channels up to date
- Develop and implement strategies for lead acquisition and customer retention
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Entry-level; no prior customer service experience required
- Knowledge of process management
- Familiarity with customer satisfaction metrics (NPS, CSAT)
