Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strong leadership, overseeing team management, staffing, planning, training, and resource development to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Drive the delivery of substation projects ensuring they meet quality standards and client specific requirements.
Establish and communicate short- and long-term goals, with clear KPIs to guide performance and project success.
Work closely with internal stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure project execution to support company goals.
Collaborate with other departments driving excellence in the overall execution and client experience at ANS.
Stay open to new ideas, technologies, and ways of working; challenge the status quo, explore innovative solutions, and seek improvements to drive progress and efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS in Electrical, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution or equivalent Engineering BS degree. Preference to Power specific programs.
Professional Engineer License
7+ years of experience in transmission line design and engineering.
Ability to Travel 25%+ and hold a Passport
Not Required but Bonus Points for: Being fluent in Spanish
