About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support board preparation and help shape the investor narrative
- Own Anrok's corporate model covering revenue, cost, headcount, and cash
- Own the financial planning process end to end
- Partner with Accounting and organizational leaders on budget-versus-actuals analysis, discrepancy resolution, and course correction
- Partner with GTM, Engineering, People, and Operations on budget and COGS strategy
- Advise the Head of Finance on capital allocation, cost structure, and operating-model scenarios
- Build AI workflows for recurring corporate finance analysis using Omni, NetSuite, Python, n8n, and Claude
- Grow the scope and ownership of the individual-contributor role as Anrok scales
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years in investment banking, corporate finance, or FP&A
- Ability to build models from scratch and stress-test assumptions
- Experience partnering with cross-functional leaders and executive teams
- Experience supporting board and investor work
- Deep fluency in B2B SaaS financials, including corporate modeling, gross margin, COGS, opex, headcount planning, and board metrics
- Strong foundation in three-statement modeling and GAAP
- Fluency with financial systems and BI tools, including NetSuite, Omni, and SQL/Python
- Ability to form clear recommendations and communicate trade-offs
- Interest or experience in AI-assisted workflows and automation, such as Python, n8n, or LLM-based tooling
- Comfort with early-stage startup pace and ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills for executive and board presentations and cross-functional influence
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field
- CPA or MBA is a plus but not required
- Candidates must be local to San Francisco
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer
