About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Raise awareness and generate interest for Anrok through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers.
  • Manage your own book of accounts and set the strategy for effective pipeline generation.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Anrok’s value proposition and products to effectively communicate their benefits to prospects.
  • Master the use of tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong to identify and prioritize accounts.
  • Organize and implement a multi-channel prospecting approach.
  • Schedule meetings on account executives’ calendars and ensure all activities are accurately logged for tracking and follow up.
  • Partnering with Account Executives to establish prospect and engagement campaigns.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College degree required.
  • Prior sales development or business development experience preferred.
  • Self-starters who are organized and resourceful.
  • You are not afraid to pick up the phone. Cold calling is at the heart of this role.
  • Adaptability and Critical Thinking: Every day will bring new challenges.
  • Prior experience with the modern SDR Tech Stack (eg. Claude, Salesforce, Unify, Outreach, Dripify, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Team players with strong ambition & intuition.
