Solutions Engineer

• Serve as the primary tax subject matter expert in customer-facing communications during enterprise sales cycles, participating in discovery calls and technical deep dives.
• Build credibility and trust with our customers' tax teams by demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of their compliance challenges across US sales tax and international VAT.
• Support the sales & activation teams by preparing responses to customer inquiries with detailed tax compliance capabilities and implementation approaches.
• Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to develop tax-centric value propositions for enterprise opportunities.
• Train sales and activation teams on tax concepts, regulatory updates, and competitive positioning.
• Phone calls with prospects and customers to walk through Anrok’s tax technical specifications.
• Work with GTM teams on emails, Slack responses, and presentations in response to customer tax inquiries and requests.
• Work with Activation teams on streamlining onboarding processes to get customers efficiently and accurately onboarded.
• Support the core tax team with product development, tax research, and general support.
• Stay current on legislative changes, including state economic nexus thresholds, product taxability laws, and international developments like e-invoicing mandates.
