Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, and oversee enterprise-wide training strategies across all company operations.
- Develop, implement, and oversee company-wide training programs that support operational goals, workforce readiness, and contract requirements.
- Ensure training programs comply with applicable federal, state, local, and contract-specific requirements.
- Support employee onboarding, professional development, leadership training, and succession planning initiatives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, identify skill gaps, and implement improvements based on data and feedback.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership, program managers, and clients to identify training needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training, corrections, safety, facility operations, or law enforcement.
- Ability to obtain and maintain facility security clearance.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Emergency response and crisis management experience.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to train staff at all levels.
