About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as senior administrator and developer of Anova's unified Salesforce instance
- Own Salesforce configuration, custom development, releases, and platform health
- Lead the build-out and ongoing optimization of Revenue Cloud
- Refine end-to-end sales workflows with Sales Operations
- Own integrations between Salesforce and marketing automation, ERP, order management, billing, customer support, operational, document generation, and eSignature systems
- Manage releases across a multi-tier sandbox landscape using Git-based source control and ticket-driven tracking
- Lead testing, deployment, and post-release hypercare
- Drive data quality, governance, and migration
- Lead onboarding of new business units, regions, and acquisitions onto Salesforce
- Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable solutions
- Reduce dependency on the external implementation partner
- Coach and serve as technical lead for the existing Salesforce admin/developer
- Set technical patterns, review work, and grow team capability
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and/or development experience
- At least 2 years at a senior level on a complex, multi-business-unit Salesforce instance
- Familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including product catalog, price books, contracts, and order management
- Willingness to deepen Revenue Cloud expertise on the job
- Strong declarative Salesforce skills: Flows, validation rules, permission sets, sharing rules, page layouts, and approval processes
- Working experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and REST/Bulk API
- Experience integrating Salesforce with at least one ERP and one marketing automation platform
- Experience with multi-tier sandbox releases, Git-based source control, and ticket-driven release management
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Strong English communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Hands-on Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation or administration experience strongly preferred
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Advanced Administrator, App Builder, or Revenue Cloud Consultant certifications preferred
- Experience supporting iterative, multi-release Salesforce programs delivered with an external implementation partner preferred
- Experience supporting M&A onboarding into Salesforce preferred
- Familiarity with IT control frameworks and Salesforce audit-readiness practices preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
