Key responsibilities & impact

Join Our Consultant Program!
Collaborate on exciting and diverse projects within our areas of expertise.
Make proposals for logistics and activities for events.
Select the way in which the assembly and logistics will be carried out during the event.
Execute events with detailed and viable production for each project.
Supervise the disassembly and create the post production (the closing).
Administrative control of the event and expense checks.
Budget assembly.
CO's request to Cta executives.
Quote, request samples and propose materials for the pre-production of the events.
Upload invoices to the DRIVE and deliver printed matter to Admón.
Search, negotiation and development of suppliers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrable experience in the role.
Portfolio showcasing previous work and relevant skills.
Excellent written/visual/audiovisual communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Availability to meet deadlines.
Ability to invoice for services rendered.
BTL activations
Event logistics.
Materials, construction and management of supplier briefcase.
Budget management and control.
Knowledge of: Visual aesthetics, art and interior design.
