About the role

  • Operational support for administrative and logistical tasks of the Influencer Marketing team on TikTok Shop.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, meeting notes, and task follow-ups.
  • Organize influencer databases, contracts, status updates, and KPIs.
  • Coordinate shipments, materials, evidence screenshots, and links.
  • Update internal tracking dashboards and deliverables.
  • Support logistics for workshops, calls, or activations.

Requirements

  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, TikTok Shops, and influencer campaign management tools.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets), and analytics tools (such as TikTok Creator Center or HypeAuditor) is desirable.
