About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver growth within existing accounts and develop new accounts
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with customers at all levels, ensuring effective resolution of issues
  • Work cross functionally to lead commercial negotiations and manage quote and change order pricing
  • Update pipeline and sales activity on CRM system (salesforce)
  • Oversee projects and initiatives aimed at maximizing Operating Profit (OP) and drive site focus on efficiency programs
  • Facilitate information flow and develop growth opportunities
  • Manage contract negotiations with the support of Flex legal team to ensure compliance and satisfaction
  • Enhance communication and drive best practices across multiple teams
  • Ensure all client programs are executed in accordance with contracts, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor and track business risks, providing timely reports to the Flex business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of sales/account management experience
  • Experience being a point of contact on large key business accounts
  • Experience working within sales of Power Electronics for Data Center Accounts
  • Demonstrates expert operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills
  • Demonstrates expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of Manufacturing related business
  • Demonstrates detailed expertise in very complex functional/technical area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas
  • Experience managing accounts in the Datacenter market/industry, selling Low Voltage Power Distribution products and services is preferred.
