About the role

  • Lead generation & cold calling: You research suitable companies and proactively contact them by phone.
  • Needs analysis: You identify the challenges companies face and explain briefly and clearly how our AI-powered telephony can help.
  • Appointment setting: You qualify prospects and schedule meetings for our sales team — your leads are the first step toward new customers.
  • Supporting sales processes: You work closely with marketing and sales, contribute ideas for campaigns, and help continuously improve our outreach.

Requirements

  • Motivation: You are eager to work in sales and want to learn how modern B2B sales operates in an AI startup.
  • Communication skills: You approach people confidently, stay friendly and persuasive — on the phone as well as via email or LinkedIn.
  • Organization: You work in a structured way, keep track of your leads, and maintain oversight even with a high volume of conversations.
  • AI-first mindset: You are interested in new technologies and want to understand how AI is changing everyday work for companies.
  • Initiative: You think proactively, contribute ideas, and tackle tasks pragmatically — even if you are new to the topic.
  • Language: You speak fluent German (C1+) and good English.
