💰 $90,000 - $115,000 per year

About the role

  • Administer end-to-end provider payroll processing through the Ludi platform — including data entry, verification, and approval workflows.
  • Interpret and apply provider compensation agreements — including base salary, productivity incentives, bonuses, and other supplemental elements.
  • Audit provider compensation statements against individual employment agreements to ensure accuracy and contractual compliance.
  • Develop and own the Provider Compensation budget as part of the annual operating plan (AOP).
  • Conduct financial analysis to assess company performance and labor cost trends.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a standardized process for supplemental provider expense reimbursement.
  • Reconcile provider payroll to the general ledger and support month-end and year-end close activities.
  • Support internal and external audits by maintaining organized, audit-ready payroll records and documentation.
  • Partner with Compliance to stay current on regulatory requirements governing provider compensation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • 4–6 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis and/or payroll analysis, preferably in multi-site healthcare organizations, dermatology practices, or medical groups.
  • Direct experience with provider/physician compensation analysis strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Ludi or similar provider compensation management platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with physician/APP compensation plan structures required.
  • Experience in private equity-backed companies is favored.
