About the role
- Serve as the Arizona-licensed clinical leader during market launch
- Track and maintain your own licensure, supervision, and credentialing requirements
- Collaborate closely with ANNA’s Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team on state licensing requirements, payer contracting and credentialing processes, and clinical documentation needed for payer enrollment and audits
- Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and treatment standards as needed from state or payor processes
- Coordinate and respond to clinical audits and payer reviews as needed
- Partner with operations leadership on launch activities, which may include real estate and site readiness coordination, clinical input on staffing models and onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration to support a smooth market entry
- Help lay the foundation for scaling clinical services in Arizona
- Participate in planning for transition into a full-time Founding Clinical Director role as volume ramps
Requirements
- Active Arizona license to practice behavior analysis (required)
- BCBA certification in good standing (required)
- Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience in ABA (leadership experience strongly preferred)
- Experience with payer audits, credentialing, and/or market launches is a strong plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across clinical, operational, and RCM teams
