About the role

  • ANM seeks a MIS Analyst to join our exceptional team. Who We Are: ANM is a fast-growing IT consulting firm focused on building long-term, customer-focused relationships. We offer engineering excellence and quality customer service with a local focus. Our specialties include designing, developing, and deploying solutions for enterprise networking, data center & cloud, collaboration, security, audiovisual, and Salesforce.
  • Act as a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) for all ANM Departments; manage Salesforce Administration and Optimization within Sales Cloud
  • Support NetSuite configuration (e.g., field creation, saved searches) and assist with Expensify, StrataVAR, ChurnZero, Microsoft Platform
  • Manage and prioritize support queues, directing tickets to appropriate team resources and escalating to architects when technical expertise is required
  • Assist with new hire setup, permissions, and resource record configuration
  • Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and process guides
  • Collaborate with developers and architects to follow through on technical designs
  • Contribute to Power BI dashboards and analytics initiatives
  • Required education, technical skills, and/or experience: strong understanding of Salesforce (admin and light dev), Sales Cloud; experience with NetSuite, Expensify; cross-functional awareness; multi-platform configuration; excellent communication; ownership; willingness to learn; 3-5 years MIS
  • Travel may be required; must have reliable transportation and valid driver\'s license and motor vehicle insurance

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce (admin and light dev), especially Sales Cloud
  • Experience with NetSuite, Expensify, and other business systems
  • Ability to absorb business context and understand cross-functional impacts
  • Comfortable with support and configuration tasks across multiple platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interface with stakeholders confidently
  • Demonstrated ownership mentality and ability to work independently
  • Willingness to learn and grow across tools and responsibilities
  • 3-5 years of experience in an MIS role or similar business systems analyst position
