Client Support Engineer III – Data Center
ANMTier 3 Data Center Engineer at ANM providing expert technical support for priority incidents. Act as mentor to Tier 2 and collaborate across Managed Services team for optimization and improvement.

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide diagnostic and restoration efforts for priority incidents, as well as guide root cause analysis
- Act as a mentor to Tier 2 and Service Desk team members, providing technical assistance and guidance
- Evaluate client environments for optimization and improvement
- Solve escalated incidents that exceed the skills of Tier 2 to ensure service restoration is executed in a timely manner
- Participate in project activities as needed
- Develop documentation and SOPs for project deliverables and support procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced Professional-level certifications required
- ITIL Foundation (or higher) preferred.
- 3+ years of experience with data center technologies
- Proficient with AT LEAST THREE of the following technologies for SEVEN OR MORE YEARS
- VMWare Hypervisor and vSphere
- Nutanix Hypervisor
- VDI Infrastructure
- Data Protection Solutions
- AWS and Azure Cloud Solutions
- Pure Storage
- Isilon Storage
- Ability to translate technical findings into clear, business-aligned recommendations.
- Strong collaboration with Client Success and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong follow-through.
- Strong mentoring approach and commitment to continuous learning.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance.
