About the role
- Assist with planning and executing regional events, trade shows, and customer engagements
- Coordinate event logistics including venues, vendors, registration, and on-site support
- Help manage event timelines and deliverables to keep programs on track
- Support post-event follow-up and reporting
- Assist with creation of event invitations, emails, landing pages, and promotional materials
- Help repurpose event content for social and digital channels
- Support light copywriting efforts, with opportunities to build writing skills over time
- Work closely with sales and marketing teammates to support regional programs
- Help coordinate partner participation and co-marketing efforts
- Assist with maintaining event and campaign data in marketing and CRM systems
- Support broader marketing initiatives as needed
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience or internships in marketing, events, or communications
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in event marketing and campaign execution
- Willingness to learn marketing tools and processes
- Positive, team-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Salesforce or event platforms is helpful but not required.
