About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with the day-to-day conflict check operations, including processing daily conflict checks
  • Ensure compliance with established procedures, and maintaining data integrity
  • Assume increasing responsibility over time for the training of new team members
  • Ensure high standards for customer service are met
  • Perform conflict of interest/business relationship analyses via a conflicts analytics tool
  • Assist with other Conflict Management initiatives and duties as requested

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ year of experience in conflicts analysis, client intake, AML, in the legal field, or related experience
  • Ability to identify and analyze complex issues (critical thinking)
  • Strong research skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Strong supervision and staff management skills
  • Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Acrobat)
  • Experience with InTapp Open or similar conflict software
  • Boolean search logic experience is essential
