About the role
- Oversee entire project workstreams and ensure rigorous quality control across all deliverables.
- Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance on analysis and fostering professional development.
- Lead client presentations and manage interactions with lawyers, regulators, and C-suite audiences.
- Master "data storytelling" by translating complex financial and technical findings into persuasive narratives.
- Support Practice Leaders in strategic growth initiatives and the development of new service offerings.
Requirements
- 4–5+ years of experience in investigations, litigation, or regulatory compliance projects.
- 4-6 + years of experience using SQL and Python, preferably with additional experience in Tableau, Power BI, R, and/or cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks, BigQuery, etc.)
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex client expectations.
- Strong business acumen paired with advanced technical proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Exceptional communication and presence, with the ability to articulate complex ideas with confidence, to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly adaptable and able to thrive in an environment that demands "Collaborative Lateral Thinking."
