• Conduct detailed evaluations of Design and Construction Deficiencies and Defects, Water Infiltration/Intrusion, and Standard of Care for general contractors and design professionals

• Direct and perform forensic analysis of design and construction documentation
• Develop remedial repair protocols and evaluate implications of defective work
