Bright Labs, part of Ankura, leads eDiscovery investigations and litigations.
Role located primarily in Southern California; open to Pacific Time Zone candidates; opportunities for remote work.
Manage teams and projects in discovery, collaborate with eDiscovery, cybersecurity, data analytics, and investigative experts.
Serve as client point of contact for identification, collection, processing, review, and production of electronic data for litigation and regulatory investigations.
Coordinate forensic collections and preprocessing; advise on processing and data reduction strategies; oversee review and production workflows including Relativity.
Manage engagement finances, budgets, forecasting, invoicing, project close-out, and documentation.
Mentor and supervise junior staff; assist in recruiting; support business development and revenue generation.
Travel often with little notice.
Requirements
BA/BS in MIS, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Law, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology, or similar degree
10+ years of prior experience overseeing computer forensics and electronic discovery preferably in a consulting environment
Team player who is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Ability to interact confidently with senior management and lawyers/partners
Ability to manage time and tasks around intense deadlines for clients who work in a time-sensitive 24x7 industry
Ability to travel, often with little notice
