About the role

  • Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians and automation technicians.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support skills development.
  • Plan, prioritize, and record corrective and preventive maintenance interventions.
  • Analyze recurring failures and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Develop, organize, and monitor the site's preventive maintenance plan.
  • Manage the equipment fleet, spare parts inventory, and technical consumables.
  • Ensure traceability and compliance of maintenance operations.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in industrial maintenance (equivalent to Bac +2 to Bac +5).
  • Proven experience (5 to 10 years) in production equipment maintenance, ideally in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food industry.
  • Strong mechanical, automation, and project management skills.
  • Leadership, rigor, and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong drive for continuous improvement and industrial performance.
