About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute the overall product strategy, translating business objectives into clear priorities and roadmaps.
- Lead and develop a team of Product Owners, fostering strong product management practices and continuous growth.
- Ensure effective collaboration between Product and Engineering teams across all stages of product development.
- Drive product discovery, including validation of problems, exploration of solutions, and incorporation of user feedback.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, aligning product priorities with leadership, customer success, and support teams.
- Identify product opportunities based on customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Monitor and optimize product performance using metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Act as Product Owner for a strategic AI-powered analytics platform.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8+ years of experience in product management within a software or SaaS environment.
- Proven experience working closely with Engineering teams in Agile development settings.
- Experience leading or mentoring Product Managers or Product Owners.
- Strong track record of defining product priorities and managing product roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of customer-driven product development and data-informed decision-making.
- Proficiency in SAFe methodology and hands-on experience working within a SAFe environment.
- Ability to foster psychological safety, open communication, and constructive feedback.
