Requirements

Has a medical degree and can code.
Competent in TS and JS, with a track record of learning new languages.
Has experience with frameworks/libraries like Angular, Node and React.
Has experience with AWS (e.g. APIG, SQS, DynamoDB, Lambda, Cognito, Amplify, CloudFormation) and/or hungry to learn.
Is obsessive about UX and optimises for this over arbitrary technical goals.
Is driven, impatient to grow and wants their shot to change the world.
