About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The International Supply Chain Manager is responsible for coordinating new product launches, co-manufacturing operations, production planning, procurement activities, inventory management, supplier relationships, and cross-functional commercialization efforts across international markets.
  • Manage international launch timelines and cross-functional project plans.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across Innovation, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
  • Interpret demand forecasts and generate supply plans.
  • Manage procurement orders for packaging materials, ingredients, alcohol, sweeteners, flavors, colors, acids, and other production inputs.
  • Manage production orders and production purchase orders with contract manufacturers.
  • Review inventory reports from co-manufacturers and warehouses.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Operational Management or a related field, with a proven track record of successful leadership and management.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain or a related field highly preferred
  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to think strategically and develop operational strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives is crucial.
  • Problem-Solving: Proficiency in identifying operational challenges, analyzing root causes, and implementing effective solutions to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective interaction with teams, stakeholders, and upper management.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, are important for overseeing operational initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration: The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, departments, and external partners to achieve operational excellence and meet organizational objectives.
  • Change Management: Experience in leading and managing change initiatives within an organization to adapt to evolving market conditions and business needs.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing operational data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics to evaluate performance and drive data-driven decision-making.
