About the role
- Build a strong customer network for our online shop and maintain long-term relationships.
- Identify customer needs and find the appropriate solution.
- Support customers from first contact through to order placement.
- Persuade on-site and demonstrate the advantages of our online shop.
- Use cold calling, referrals and leads to uncover new opportunities.
Requirements
- Commercial or technical vocational training — or a motivated career changer with a sales aptitude.
- Passion for sales and ideally experience with technical products.
- Strong communication skills in German and good English.
- Driver's license for customer visits.
- Confident, empathetic and strong in closing deals.
