About the role
- Manage and develop the OEM business to drive strategic direction
- Accelerate business growths for the Belgian market
- Win industry-leading customers within the sealing technology segment
- Initiate sales initiatives primarily in the Belgian market
- Develop customer development plans to accelerate growth performance
- Work closely with clients' technical teams to design and develop solutions
- Provide input on market development for profitable placement of customer solutions
Requirements
- A Degree in Engineering or in Business
- 5+ years of experience in B2B solution sales, key account management, and technical project management
- Experience in sealing technology or a similar industry is a significant advantage
- Strong sales-oriented and independent personality
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to present ideas to different audiences
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
- Excellent Dutch and English skills, with French being a significant advantage
- Flexibility and openness to working in a satellite office
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
