About the role
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (from profile alignment to start date)
- Identify and attract talent for administrative and school positions
- Support managers in defining job profiles and in hiring decisions
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality, funnel, etc.)
- Build and analyze Excel reports to support decision-making
- Support employee engagement and workplace climate initiatives
- Assist managers with general people management needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Previous experience in recruitment and selection (high-volume recruitment is a plus)
- Advanced Excel skills (required)
- Experience with HR metrics and data analysis
