About the role
- Support the development and delivery of the Strategic Pipeline and other Water Resource Management Plan (WRMP) Capital Delivery Projects.
- Work closely with Anglian Water Operational teams and the SPA and @One Design & Delivery teams.
- Support design development and ensure risks to AW operations from construction works are fully mitigated.
- Communicate plans clearly across teams and verify mitigation measures are in place before and during delivery.
- Take a balanced view of operational and project delivery needs and promote collaboration between operational and SPA teams.
- Support design teams in gathering information to base the design on and provide operational expertise.
Requirements
- Proactive, collaborative and approachable with excellent communication skills.
- Planning and organisational skills demonstrating working to key programme milestones.
- Provide operational experience to assist the Delivery teams in development of design and constructability of assets
- Ensuring key stakeholder such as the AW operational teams are appropriately included in developments to existing and new assets.
- Ensure learning and best practice is incorporated into plans.
- Ability to capture and ensure best practice and lessons learned are embedded in future work activities.
- Excellent Health & Safety, Environment and Customers Service understanding and awareness. Ensuring these items are at the forefront of any work that is being undertaken.
