About the role
- Assist auditors in conducting thorough audits across Quality, Environmental, Process and Supplier areas.
- Support the population and preparation of the internal and external assurance programmes, including scheduling audits and coordinating with auditees.
- Arrange and support activity for external certification audits, including planning sessions, audit logistics, and non conformity closure work.
- Lead the Corrective Action Verification process, ensuring actions are clearly defined, appropriate, on track, and validated in line with assurance guidance.
- Maintain and update Assurance content on SharePoint pages, ensuring information is current and approved.
- Draft and maintain documentation that supports Assurance Team programme delivery.
- Shadow auditors as part of ongoing personal development to build knowledge of assurance processes and the wider business.
- Organise monthly Assurance Team meetings and support health and safety compliance activities for the team.
- Support GDPR and data protection compliance.
Requirements
- A-Level or equivalent; degree desirable.
- Awareness of risk and continuous improvement.
- Clear communicator with attention to detail.
- Analytical and logical thinker.
- Flexible, trustworthy, and team-oriented.
