About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support regular reporting cycles including general ledger reconciliations, analysis and review activities.
Use modern finance tools to automate reconciliation and reporting processes.
Assess current accounting and finance processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation.
Preparation of period-end tasks including processing journal entries and general financial data validation.
Support compliance and reporting requirements by assisting with data collection, validation, and documentation.
Work with team members to assist with daily & month end tasks, reviewing existing processes and implementing efficiency / automation enhancements.
Liaise with different departments to ensure the Finance team are properly supporting the needs of the business.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a Management Accountant or similar role.
Proven experience in process improvement, automation, or digital transformation within a finance or accounting environment.
Advanced knowledge of tools such as PowerBI, Microsoft Fabric, AI and/or SQL is essential.
Strong system skills, advanced knowledge of Excel and highly adaptable to new systems.
CA/CPA qualified.
Strong communicator and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
