About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, supervise, and develop Operations Data Analysts — setting clear performance expectations, conducting regular check-ins, and ensuring each team member is on track to meet their individual KPI targets
- Own the overall quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all data reports and financial outputs produced by the team — serving as the final reviewer before insights and reports are escalated to the Retention & Loyalty Manager or senior stakeholders
- Translate the Retention & Loyalty Manager's strategic priorities into clear analytical workstreams, data projects, and financial models — coordinating task allocation across Operations to ensure efficient execution,
- Drive data-informed decision-making across the biker retention funnel by synthesizing insights from driver segmentation, churn analysis, incentive penetration tracking, CLTV/CAC modeling, and productivity reporting into cohesive strategic recommendations
- Monitor incentive spend, budget utilization, and commission program economics in coordination — flagging variances, optimizing spend efficiency, and ensuring all financial records are audit-ready and compliant
- Act as the primary point of escalation for Operation Data Analysts — resolving blockers, facilitating cross-functional coordination with Product, Finance, and the Data team, and representing the analytics cluster in team planning and review sessions
- Support the Retention & Loyalty Manager in team planning, KPI scorecard reviews, and senior stakeholder presentations preparing data packages, performance summaries, and strategic decks that clearly connect team outputs to national CB and biker livelihood outcomes
- Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, analytics, or business intelligence preferably within a tech, ride-hailing, fintech, or marketplace company
- Proven experience managing or supervising a team of analysts, with demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and motivate direct reports toward KPI achievement
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent BI platforms)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience translating business objectives into data-driven strategies, product briefs, or operational frameworks
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, loyalty systems, or driver/customer lifecycle management (experience with Open Loyalty or similar platforms is a plus)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.
