About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in the execution of the IT Operations roadmap for office infrastructure, hardware rollouts, and business continuity.
  • Enforce IT policies, standards, and security protocols across the organization.
  • Identify bottlenecks in daily IT workflows and suggest practical solutions for improvement.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain AV systems, Meeting Rooms, CCTV/IP cameras, and physical security tools.
  • Collaborate with workplace teams to support office expansions, space planning, and the digital employee experience.
  • Coordinate with vendors for routine equipment procurement, maintenance, and support.
  • Maintain and monitor office networks (firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi), ensuring reliable connectivity and endpoint security.
  • Execute routine system backups and participate in disaster recovery testing.
  • Assist in conducting risk assessments and resolving identified security vulnerabilities.
  • Provide timely troubleshooting and tier-2 support for internal stakeholders across the organization.
  • Assist in communicating IT changes, system updates, and security awareness campaigns to staff.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure teams adopt IT best practices and use provided tools effectively.
  • Help implement and maintain automations for HR, Finance, and Operations processes to increase productivity.
  • Administer and support internal tools, collaboration platforms, and operational workflow systems.
  • Serve as a reliable IT liaison for engineering, QA, and DevOps teams.
  • Manage user access, permissions, software provisioning, and specialized environments required by technical staff.
  • Assist in systems integration like SSO and Zero Trust.
  • Setup policies for mobile devices.
  • Update device police in response to Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures.
  • Ensure that all IT Assets that can be managed by the current MDM are configured.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT operations, system administration, or corporate IT support.
  • Experience supporting diverse enterprise environments, including macOS, Windows, and office infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in managing identity and access management (IAM), helpdesk platforms, and employee onboarding/offboarding workflows.
  • Hands-on experience administering collaboration tools, project management systems, and security platforms (e.g., JIRA, ClickUp or similar).
  • Foundational understanding of enterprise networking (VLANs, failover, basic routing) and endpoint security.
  • Experience coordinating with external IT vendors and managing hardware inventory and tracking.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and cross-functional support.
  • Familiarity with automating basic operational workflows or integrating SaaS applications using low-code tools.
  • Experience with MDM is a plus.
  • Experience with AI tools governance is a plus.
