About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and manage driver acquisition campaigns (social media ads, flyers)
- Monitor acquisition funnel performance (number of new leads, drop-off points)
- Organize driver recruitment events or pop-up activations
- Engage local partners or fleet owners for sourcing drivers in bulk
- Report acquisition numbers and growth trends to Operations Leads
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in lead generation and acquisition
- A track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Skilled in generating and presenting data/reports to stakeholders, including the executive team
- Proficient in GSuite applications especially GSheets
