Translate ambiguous, high-level priorities into structured workflows, documentation, and performance frameworks; implement scalable QA systems and solutions
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are adopted and continuously improve to drive iterative business growth
Maintain a feedback loop with frontline teams and leadership to ensure automation strategies evolve with business needs
Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities that drive measurable impact
Own change management for QA rollouts, driving clarity and accountability across teams
Build and maintain reporting dashboards that connect QA performance to operational and customer outcomes
Analyze QA data to identify trends, surface risks, and prioritize improvements; collaborate with Analytics and Data Engineering teams to enhance data context
Define and enforce QA data standards, ensuring consistent KPIs and metrics across teams
Use AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, ChatGPT) and platforms like MaestroQA to scale insights and enable automations; design and iterate on classifiers and prompts
Mentor team members on prompt design, classifier logic, and automation use cases; advance proficiency in AI tooling and data platforms
Requirements
5+ years of experience in strategy, program management, operations, product support, or enablement
Experience leading or supporting cross-functional initiatives with both technical and business teams
Expertise in project management and analytical thinking, with hands-on experience launching systems, programs, or processes from inception
Proven ability to manage ambiguity, execute quickly, and bring clarity to complex challenges
Strong relationship builder who can influence across functions and levels of the organization
Comfortable navigating fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities
Experience with QA systems, conversational intelligence platforms, or AI tools like ChatGPT/OpenAI
Familiarity with performance data, operational metrics, and reporting systems
Experience using MaestroQA or other QA/automation platforms
Working knowledge of SQL or similar query languages
Familiarity with Looker or other BI tools
Exposure to customer-facing, support, or sales environments
Experience with prompt design, classifier strategy, or large-scale conversational analysis
