Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a procurement calendar to ensure proactivity, visibility, and leverage in negotiations
Lead vendor communication and contract negotiations, partnering with leaders across the business to understand stakeholder requirements and secure competitive quotes to reach optimal contract terms
Deliver data-driven spend analysis and insights to senior leadership; proactively identify cost savings opportunities
Partner with Finance and IT Asset Management to integrate procurement with forecasting and cost management
Steward procurement strategy and processes across the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of procurement experience with a record of delivering cost savings and negotiating complex contracts
4+ years of experience directly negotiating software and technology contracts
Exceptional understanding of contracts; ability to identify which terms and conditions are commercially favorable or unfavorable
Highly organized and detail oriented
Strong communicator with ability to collaborate with cross functional partners at senior levels across the organization
Bachelor’s degree required
